In the case of transactions funded by finance companies, we enable them to process your purchase by passing your details to them. Personal details and a copy of your driving licence are retained by them.

We retain the details of your vehicle and ownership in order to send MoT reminders, ‘thank you’ letters and occasional marketing information such as stock lists and promotional offers.

In the event of a legitimate request from the Police, such as speeding or parking tickets, accident information or illness, we will assist by giving the information requested.

 

As an ethically led business, we take your privacy seriously. For the purposes of Data Protection legislation, our data controller is the business proprietor, Peter Murray.

We collect your information both at the enquiry stage and at the time of purchase of a vehicle, goods or services. This enables us to respond to your requests and fulfil our obligations in the event of safety recalls.

The present owner of the business, Peter Murray, has been involved in car retailing since 1968.
